On February 20th, the plaxis.com domain was affected by a severe server issue, which resulted in the Plaxis website becoming unreachable for a several hours. The issue also prevented users to succesfully update their license through PLAXIS Connect, due to our license server becoming unreachable as well. In addition, any incoming email to a @plaxis.com email adress (i.e. email@example.com) may have bounced. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused due to this services outage.
In the mean time all services should be working properly again.
