This one-day workshop is tailored towards practitioners in the industry to provide a good understanding on the use of Plaxis 2D program in the field of earthquake geotechnical engineering.
It is intended for practicing engineers who do already have some prior experiences in using PLAXIS 2D and who are willing to improve their modelling skills and knowledge in the field of seismic analysis using PLAXIS 2D.
The workshop consists of one single day and will be fully held in English exclusively by Senior PLAXIS Engineers. Course attendees are expected to bring their own laptop with the appropriate version of PLAXIS installed on it (PLAXIS 2D 2018). This software version will be sent to all participants once they will have registered. A temporary hardware key will also be provided to all course participants for the entire event duration such that they can properly run the proposed hands-on exercises.
